Frequency Bone Summer Music Connection 16 FBSMC 16) Making Your Practiceing a Time of Connection and Discovery!Zoom Session 3, will be this Thursday June 20th at 11am EDT on Zoom. Zoom Invitation is included below under Join Zoom Session.

FBSMC 16 will consist of at least one Zoom session a week on Thursday mornings and weekly YouTube videos.

The Zoom sessions will be a time of warming up and practicing together in which we will look at what we focus on and what that focus is connected to.

Remember that every thought is connected to a frequency and that frequency is connected to a specific web of vibrations via sympathetic resonance. We will get into that in a very hands-on way! This is where discovery comes in. Through various forms of thinking and feeling, we can enhance how we listen. We will also incorporate some simple meditative practices as part of our tools in this process. BRING YOUR HORNS!

A good number of the YouTube videos will be of me practicing showing many avenues of connection and what I discover during those practice sessions and how they are applied in my musical life as well as in my daily living.
